At The Sweetheart Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide excellent products at a great price. However if you are not satisfied, you may return the products to us for a refund or store credit if your purchase follows our return policy below.
- Return & Exchange Policy: You may return new, unworn items with tags within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping cost. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after day 15 of the 15 days after delivery allowed time period. You must contact us first before shipping and we will give you a Return Authorization Number. Then you may ship or bring in the product. We must then receive the return within 15 days the Return Authorization Number was assign.
Once the return merchandise has been received we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred by The Sweetheart Boutique will be deducted from your refund.
On returns of SPECIAL ORDER items only, there will be a $10 restocking fee pre item returned. - Damaged or Broken Items: If you receive something that was damage due to the mishandling of the postal service, take the item and the packing to the post office and open a claim as soon as you receive the item. They will then assist you in the claim process.
- Non Returnable Items: Please note some of the products are ineligible for a return. These include the following items: clearance/sale items and any item with obvious signs of use.
We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet the above guide lines.
